BACKING UP FILES TO ASUCFS14 - M Drive

Faculty and staff have a protected folder on the M drive where important files can be backed up.

We reccommend that you use this folder to back up all your important files.

PC Example on how to access ASUCFS14 or the M Drive (Mac example is Below)

1. Open up My Computer and click on User 14 on Asucfs14(M:)

2. Click on FAA folder

 

3. Save your bookmarks, addressbook and important files in your folder titled with your username.

Mac Example on how to access ASUCFS14

1. Click on the GO menu at the top menu bar and select Connect to Server (Apple + K)

2. Type in asucfs14 in Server Address and click connect

3. Type in your ASU username and password - your password can not be more than 8 characters.

4. Select the FAA Data Area and click ok - this will appear on your desktop -

5. Select FAA -> Department Folder ->Your user folder - you can only save in your username folder or shared folders.
